Institutional Capacity building

All programs

WCC strengthens institutional capacity so partner organizations and community structures can deliver humanitarian and development programs with quality, transparency, and local ownership.

Detailed scope

Institutional capacity building helps WCC and its partners improve governance, financial management, monitoring, reporting, and program quality across all programs.

Training and mentorship support CSOs, CBOs, and community committees to plan, implement, and evaluate interventions that respond to local priorities.

Strong institutions enable WCC to scale impact while maintaining accountability to donors, communities, and the women and children it serves.

Key interventions

  • Organizational development for local partners
  • Training on project management and MEAL systems
  • Financial management and compliance support
  • Leadership development for women-led organizations
  • Policy and procedure development for CSOs/CBOs
